I was originally a bit dissapointed. Couldnt really taste it. Id mixed up 2 batches straightaway and waa regretting it.
Turns out this is one of those flavours that need to sit for a while. My 2nd bottle that had aged for about a week was nice and sweet with a clear bananana taste

I found this a bit too sweet and one note as a main ingredient, but after blending it with creams/custards and/or other fruits it works much better when balanced against the other flavourings. I have also recently started using the Banana Nut from Element in my recipes, and a small amount of this really gives them a boost of flavour.
